One who submits the ABSTRACT will be regarded as a presenter only. All ABSTRACT submission will not get any comments from the committee and will not be published on the Journal or Proceedings as well. Formatting
Regular Papers: 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
Long Papers: 13-20, including all figures, tables, and references. And additional pages will be charged. Please follow the Conference format.
PURCHASING EXTRA PAGES: Extra pages can be purchased at $70 (US dollars) per extra page.
Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
