SC rejects 4G plea against Rel Jio

In a big relief to Mukesh Ambani RELIANCE GROUP, the Supreme Court held that there were no irregularities in allocation of 4G spectrum to Reliance  Jio Infocomm and allowing it to provide voice services on 4G spectrum.
SC said the Centre’s decision permitting the company to migrate to United Licence regime to provide voice services on 4G was “valid, legal and without any blemish”.
