LDYF the Left Democratic Youth Federation, activists were protesting outside the secretariat of Kerala on Wednesday over brutal rape and murder of a Dalit law student of Ernakulum, they were charged baton by the police. The government of Kerala decided to give the compensation of Rs.10 lakhs to the family of the deceased girl. Police also took two suspects for interrogation.
According to the report the girl was raped and then murdered inside her home. Her body was having at least 30 injuries, and the assault was so brutal that her intestine came out.
