Courts strikes down pan-handling bans based on Supreme Court’s sign decision.

A sign ordinance in Gilbert was singed down in a U.S supreme court which is being cited by the courts that are overturning pan-handling bans as a violation of the first amendment.
The lower courts held that the June 2015 decision prevents the governments from banning speech on particular subjects.
