The Obama administration and North Carolina are fighting over a state law of limiting public bathrooms access for transgender people. Both the parties sued each other trading accusations of civil rights violations and over reach of government.
The so called Bathroom Law was passed in March and is also known as HB2, which prohibits public not corresponding to their biological sex. North Carolina became the first state to ban people from using multiple occupancy restrooms or changing rooms in public that do not match their sex on their birth certificate.
