Delhi High Court on Friday dismissed a criminal defamation complaint filed by police constable against chief minister Arvind Kejriwal for allegedly referring to policeman as “thulla”. Metropolitan Magistrate Arun Kumar Garg rejected the plea of a constable of Govindpuri police station, saying that no case was made out against the Chief Minister.
