The conference intends to gives a platform to the legal fraternity to analyse the various legal provisions, national and international, for the development and advancement of the situation of women and children.
It further provides opportunity and prospects to examine the lacunas or ambiguities if any, in the available legal system and to give suggestive measures.

The wider theme of the Conference “The Protection and Enforcement of the Rights of Women and Children” is divided into the following sub themes:

- Sexual Harassment at Work Place

NOTE: Co Authors shall not be more than two for an Article. On spot registration will give opportunity to only attend the conference.
