Law Mantra is an Online Journal, Print Journal and Web Portal, under the chief patron of Hon. Justice K.N Saikia, Former Judge Supreme Court of India, Dr. Hon. Justice Malimath, Former Chief Justice Karnataka and Kerala High Court, Dr. (Prof.) M.P.Singh, Chancellor Central University Haryana, Dr. Prof. Gurjeet Singh, Founder Vice-Chancellor N.L.U.J.A Assam, Prof. (Dr.) Faizan Mustaffa, V.C NALSAR Hyderabad, and other luminaries from the legal fraternity.
Law Mantra is running for the purpose of enhancing legal academics and legal awareness in the society and in the practice of the same. Law mantra also has an ISSN (2321-6417) Online Journal and Print Journal in name of International Journal of Legal Research and Governance which tries to disseminate knowledge and research in various aspects of law. This website offers legal professional and legal aspirants to bring forward their views and ideas through high level of research and get acknowledged in front of masses. This also includes Blog writing, Articles, Essay, Case notes and others literary works.
We, at Law Mantra, believe that change cannot happen without active participation of youth. Hence, we create opportunity for young college-going students.
Law Mantra is inviting applications for the Summer Internship which will start from 1st June to 10th July, 2015.
Position: Legal Intern (Number of Position 2)
We are pleased to announce that we are inviting applications for the Summer Internship which will start from 1st June to 10th July, 2015.
As Legal Intern, you are expected to maintain a certain degree of confidentiality about the work delegated to you. Spread the word in your college about our programmes through the use of social media, publicity materials provided by us and physical interactions with your respective peers.
Responsibilities
• Post about upcoming events on daily basis on the website.
• Reply to all the emails.
• Share all that news on different Facebook groups which law Mantra and You had joined.
• Update Law Mantra website on legal issues, news, latest changes in judicial systems of our country. The Intern also has to update Law Mantra website on latest amendments and alteration of statutes by domestic as well as international authoritative bodies.
• Research about upcoming events and news. Legal Intern must enquire and find the latest topics of discussion in the recent legal scenario and Post on website.
• Prepare Case Note on the Judgement which has already been decided by Supreme Court of India.
What will you get?
• Two Certificates- one certificate from Law Mantra Organization and one certificate from C.EO Advocate Kishor Kumar Mishra, Practicing advocate Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court.
• Stipend (May be Cash/Gift / Gift Voucher Up to Rs.2, 500).
• Recommendation letter to one intern for their winter Internship if he/ she want to work under Dr.Adish C.Aggarwala, Senior Advocate Supreme Court of India for two months.
• Recommendation letter to one intern from C.E.O which will help in their Winter Internship with reputed Law Firm of Delhi.( Subject to their C.V)
Duration of Internship: From 1St June to 10th July
Nature of Work: Online, (Maximum 6 hrs per Day)
Qualifications: Students Pursuing LL.B, B.A LL.B Degree.
Requirement: Intern must have Internet facility at their work place. Must have Computer Knowledge, Must have knowledge how to post on website. (If anyone who has not knowledge how to post / work on website training will be provided to that intern).
