Setback for farmers, Supreme Court upholds land acquisition in Noida Extension

In a setback for farmers, the Supreme Court on Thursday suppressed their supplication while maintaining area acquisitions in Noida Extension by the Greater Noida Authority somewhere around 2006 and 2009. The summit court has toppled Allahabad High Court request which had scrapped acquisitions.
The request came as a help for level proprietors and developers else structures would have been obliterated.
Farmer had needed their property back while Greater Noida power was unwilling to give the created area.
An advocate said, “The Supreme Court rejected all petitions land obtaining. Ranchers needed some more remuneration yet that has not been acknowledged by the Supreme Court. This decision will affect 65 towns of Noida and Greater Noida.”
