The Calcutta High Court allowed inclusion of former chief minister Buddadeb Bhattacharjee and former Urban development minister Ashok Bhattarcharya in a PIL filed on the Vivekananda flyover collapse, which has become an International tragedy.
The bench asked the state government to file an affidavit ensuring it has all necessary clarifications.
