Calcutta high court on Monday formed a three-member panel, including a CBI officer that will be in touch with Narada CEO and receive videotapes and recording device from him.
Chief Justice of Calcutta HIgh Court, Manjula Chellur said: ” the tapes if found true will have serious ramification for the entire system.”
