The International Institute of Insolvency (III) is pleased to announce the 2016 III Prize Competition in International Insolvency Studies.
Deadline- March 31, 2016.
Background-
International Institute of Insolvency is a Non-Profit Corporation Dedicated to the Improvement of International Insolvency Systems and Procedures. The III Prize for International Insolvency Studies is awarded for original legal research, commentary or analysis on topics of international insolvency and restructuring significance, and on comparative international analyses of domestic insolvency and restructuring issues and developments. Medal-winning entries are considered for publication in the Thomson/West Journal of Bankruptcy Law and Practice and for inclusion in the WestLaw electronic database.
