The Department of Management, Mizoram University, Aizawl and Board of Studies, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is organising a Joint National Seminar on “Corporate Governance In India: Emerging Issues & Challenges” during 27-28 August, 2015. The seminar is expected to address issues in corporate governance related to corporate culture, recent regulatory framework for trade, corporate strategies, students, etc. for presentation at the seminar.
