ABOUT CONFERENCE & CALL FOR PAPER’S:

The Forensic Science and Law, though distinct disciplines, are intrinsically linked in their contribution to the modern criminal justice system. Scientific investigation and technological evidence are increasingly pivotal in ensuring the fair, efficient, and effective delivery of justice. With the evolution of forensic tools—from DNA profiling and digital forensics to forensic psychology and crime scene reconstruction—the legal system must continuously adapt to integrate, regulate, and apply this evidence within constitutional and procedural frameworks.

In a country as diverse and populous as India, the challenges in law enforcement and justice delivery are complex and multifaceted. These challenges necessitate a robust platform for engagement among forensic scientists, legal professionals, academicians, policymakers, students, and other stakeholders. This proposed conference seeks to bridge the critical knowledge interface between forensic science and law and foster collaboration for enhancing the administration of justice in India.
