Odd-even formula in Delhi may cover women this time

The government may withdraw the exemption to women in the second phase of the odd-even scheme in Delhi. Transport minister Gopal Rai said the recent survey found that an overwhelming number of people were against such an exemption. CNG cars continues to stay out of the scheme’s ambit.
