PSU exams can get a candidate a pvt sector job too

Prime Minister, Narendra Modi announced a new facility that will let the public sector companies disclose score of the candidate who has taken a recruitment test, enabling job seekers to write fewer tests.
Hereafter, the results and candidate information will be available openly to all employers. The database can be used by the pvt sectors as well. It will reduce the search costs in labour market.
Currently, the results are available only with the agency consulting the exam. Even PSUs conduct separate exams, resulting in those hunting jobs, spending hours applying, taking tests and appearing for interviews.
