Supreme court orders probe into wife-swap by naval officers.

Supreme Court on Thursday ordered the Kerala Government to set up a Special Investigation Team (STI)  to investigate the sensational allegations of a naval officer’s wife that her husband and his colleagues on INS Kochi are involved in wife swapping and they are torturing her because she refused to get involved in all this.
The investigating team has been asked to complete the investigation in three months. Moreover she has also accused five naval officers, wife of one of them and also her In-laws for sexually abusing her, torturing mentally and physically.
In the first look the bench CJ’s rejected the plea of the petitioner on the basis that on mere apprehension no one can be held guilty.
