The ALSA International Moot Court Competition is a simulated hearing of an Investment Settlement Dispute with respect to the manners of arbitration. Interested students from all over the world will send in their written submissions for the complainant and respondent of a fictional case written by professionals. After the written submission round, their teams will have the opportunity to present their memorials for the complainant and the respondent in front of a Panel of Arbitrators.
ALSA wishes to enable law students to deepen their understanding of law and practice their skills outside of the lecture halls of their universities and in an international environment. Participation in a competition such as the ALSA International Moot Court Competition will help them build a professional profile already during their studies and to improve their skills immediately upon entering professional life.
Moot Court Competition application period:
9 February, 2015 to 17 June, 2015.
